1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliff Casino ("jiliff," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliff Casino website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the jiliff Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility

jiliff Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jiliff may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jiliff Casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jiliff account, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• jiliff Casino does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliff Casino may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• jiliff Casino reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law. Players must not use the jiliff Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiliff Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiliff Casino Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on jiliff Casino are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and statistical randomness. Certification details are available upon request.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use physical equipment – real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice – operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by physical results and are not subject to software manipulation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliff Casino Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one jiliff Casino account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jiliff Casino.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jiliff Casino employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jiliff Casino immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the jiliff Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliff Casino staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliff Casino Platform – including but not limited to the jiliff brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliff Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jiliff Casino's prior written consent.
• Use the jiliff brand name, logo, or any other jiliff trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jiliff Casino's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jiliff Casino.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliff Casino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliff account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliff Casino shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• Any losses resulting from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliff Casino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

You may close your jiliff Casino account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliff Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliff Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, jiliff Casino's records of game activity shall be considered the authoritative record, subject to review by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

Nothing in this section shall limit jiliff Casino's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
